Reviews of D & E Mitsubishi Service Center
"Every time I bring my moms Outlander Sport in for service, the service advisors are always professional and polite. If there are any recommended services they are told to me and asked if I would like to take care of any of them before service is performed. No pressure, just a down home friendly owned business"
"Great place and people. Fair prices on my repairs. Punctual"
"I love the Customer Sevice here ! And they always take good care of my vehicle ! Highly Recommend !!!"
"They were quick and offered free drinks and snacks while we waited. Just super annoying to push us into getting extra services. But I guess that's like any other service center you go to."
"My Fiancé took her new car here for service. They offer free oil changes for life and highly use it as an advertisement to get people to buy a car from them, when in reality, free oil changes are nothing special or unique to D & E. I have received them at other dealers, and my grandfather still receives them, its all based on your relationship with the deal and service department and how many cars you bough and whether you are loyal to their service department. I can't speak on the sales department; my Fiance says they are top-notch spot on and will work theirselves to death, make the right deal that they really earn your business. I can speak about the service department. The atmosphere is good, pretty calm. They offer free wi-fi, free sodas or water, and free chips or snacks. Her car is pretty much brand new; it was in for a 7,500-mile service before it reached 7,500 miles as we were going on a trip out of town. It took between an hour and a half to two hours waiting. The 7,500 mile service is basically an oil change fluid check and tire rotation. I told them not to rotate the tires unless they needed it. I didn't expect them to say it didn't need a tire rotation; they had to find something to charge use for. The service was so slow that I finally asked where the car was, wanting to know if there was a problem. The service scheduler/coordinator not sure the exact title to use said they just finished the tire rotation and were about to pull it around. I went to get my fiance and 10 monthbold baby girl from the waiting room. We walked outside, waiting to see the car drive around the building 10-15 minutes later. A service tech pulled it around and vacuumed it out, which was strange because we keep the care clean and vacumd. It was almost like he had gotten dirt in the car and was trying to cover his tracks. I don't recall seeing them vacuum other cars, so it is not something that is routinely done, not from my observations. Finally, the car was pulled around, and we could head back home since this dealership, which is the closest mitsubishi dealer, is an hour away. I had a similar experience when I went there with her mother for an oil change; it took around an hour and a half to two hours to get done. I can't say whether or not they vacumed her mothers car out or not. But they did leave some sort of rag in her mother car. It has been my experience dealership service departments put paper floormats down when they are working in a vehicle. I cant say that their service department does bad work, i can say they are very slow. I have for the most pary always taken my cars to the nearest respective dealer depending"
