"My mother drove from Raleigh today to visit with me. Halfway through her trip, on I40, her Suburu Forester check oil light came on. I called the Parkway Service Center and explained what happened, asking if there was any way for her to bring her car in when she arrived in Wilmington. I was very pleasantly and professionally told twice (called a second time for additional info) no appointment needed and for her to come when she arrived. Mom arrived there, they diagnosed the problem (low on oil), added a quart and did not charge her. Thanks, Parkway Suburu, for taking great care of my Mom!"
