"Lori pierced my 5 year old's ears this past Saturday, she was awesome! She did a great job and was very professional! All of the employees here are extremely friendly and GREAT with the kids. I love bringing my girls here. I was very satisfied with the job she did and she even made sure to include her sister in the experience. Overall great experience. We always have a good time in this store"

"Claire's is a good, fun store. We handle children very well, with that said, we DO NOT condone children being verbally abused at any time nor being jerked around. Customers left because it was uncomfortable. We love the kids that come in as well as anyone else, and we enjoy helping our customers. We are sorry you were offended, yet we can't allow yelling in the store. There is a time & place for discipline but please don't treat a six yr old like that in public & not expect people to be offended as well. Take care"

"I am a currently employee at the store and was the girl cashing out your family. I want to say I am extremely sorry your family did not have a good experience in our store because that is something we strive for. However, we were not trying to talk about morality lessons but the way the six year old was being treated was very inappropriate and the way she was being spoken to, too the point that other customers left.As I mentioned above, I am sorry your family had a bad experience because our team strives for nothing but the best."

"My mother brought my kids here to purchase a birthday gift for a friend. My six-year-old decided to throw a tantrum, and my mother grabbed her by the hand and removed her from the store. The sales Clerks verbally admonished my mother and had a discussion as to whether or not they would complete the sale with my daughter, as if morality lessons or part of their job. They were rude, and the one that appeared to be the supervisor actually said no complete the sale so we can hurry up and get them out of the store. Probably shouldn't sell junkie kid jewelry if you can't handle kids being kids"
