"I came to the Boone, NC store and didn’t see any employees in the front or center of the store. I was looking for something that smelled like cinnamon. I ended up buying other items and when I went to the back to pay I noticed three employees sitting on the back counter talking. Once a line starting forming they came to their registers, but were not polite. The lady who rang me up was sarcastically rude. I asked for assistance redeeming my points on my phone and she made me feel stupid and even laughed. I’d rather drive an hour to another store in TN or order online than go back to the Boone location. The management in this location needs to tighten up or they’ll see a decline in customers. Ordering online is more convenient for everyone now. The reason we go to stores is for customer service…I think everyone at this location should remember that."

"Three shoppers in the store. Three employees standing behind the counter. I was searching the store for a specific body spray. Obviously searching for something. Not a single employee asked if they could help me find anything. That's exactly what I said to them. All three just looked up very confused. As I started to walk away, one of em said in sarcastic voice, "Can I help you find something?" I don't usually go here but someone gave me a gift of something. I enjoyed it and I thought i'd replace the empty. New customer base not going to get me."
