"this repair shop SUCKS, Brought my 2015 MB S63 amg in to change spark plugs, $500... So when i drove the car home it didn't feel right.. (been driving a Benz for 30yrs) So i brought it back the next day and Ryan denied that it couldn't be his work...So i had argument with him and his Racist mother... id wind up taking my car to Bob King They found the problem really quick and charged me $158. Went back to tell Ryan that he forgot to connect an important plug back and that was the problem. they cursed me so bad that i never went back... I was bringing my cars to Newmoyer for over 10 years and this is how they treat you....Just spend a little more money and go to a Mercedes dealer"

"I guess I'm just going to have to pile on... Diane and Ryan have just reinforced the idea that there do indeed exist folks who still know how to work hard and do what they say are going to do - and with a very fair price structure to boot. We have an MB SUV that I try to do most of the work on, but in this instance my wife was in Wilmington (5 hours from our home) and I was travelling for work. We had a suspension issue that made the MB unsafe to drive and had struck out in terms of shops recommended by friends. So lucky to come across Newmoyer on Google and we are extremely pleased in all regards. First, as the repair was holding up my wife's return home, the schedule was adjusted to allow the fix to occur- in fact even sooner than the expectation given. They did exactly as I requested- and actually a bit more, leaving me wishing they lived near us instead of Wilmington. So, if you'd like the combination of a skilled MB technician, a practical and reasonable approach to business, a responsive and understanding business willing to go the extra mile to help someone out- then Newmoyer is where you need to take your ride. You're cheating yourself if you go anywhere else."

"Took my Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 to Newmoyer Mercedes Specialist because the engine is a Mercedes AMG supercharged motor and was leaking oil from the valve cover gaskets and had what I thought, was a coolant leak which I suspected from seeing water pooled up on the lower valance near the water pump. After a few days they called with the diagnosis. They told me the valve cover gaskets were leaking, the oil cooler seal was leaking and the drive belt needed replacing. They also told me that the oil was so bad that they recommended changing the oil twice. As for the coolant leak, I was told that they couldn't find any signs of a leak even after pressure testing the coolant system with the exceptions of a small amount of residue under the water pump and the fact that they had to add a little coolant due to it being low. I was quoted $1,570.00 for these repairs and authorized the work. After a week, I received a phone call letting me know my SRT was finished and ready to be picked up, at that time there was no mention of any increase in the bill. They stated that the valve cover gaskets were replaced along with the oil cooler seal and the drive belt. 2 oil drain plug gaskets 2 oil filters, 2 oil drain plugs, 16 quarts of oil, and an air filter totaling $2,021.06, $450.00 more than I was quoted and than I had authorized. When I asked about the difference I was told that the quote for $1,570.00 didn't include some of the items. Now I understand that things can be forgotten but it would have been nice to have known my bill was way higher before completing the work. Ultimately, I could have done the valve cover job myself (not that I wanted to) and the oil change, for that matter, and saved myself 2 grand. I definitely will not be going back nor will I refer anyone there."

"Newmoyer looked over my used CLK320 convertible that I had just purchased to make sure everything looked sound. They also fixed a few minor issues I was having with the car. They did an awesome job fixing the issues and gave me peace of mind in taking my car on a longer road trip (thankfully nothing wrong with the car!). All in all they charged under $300 for a complete diagnosis of the car and to fix the couple of minor issues I was having with it (no parts required). I was worried about buying an older Mercedes due to the fear of expensive repairs. Newmoyer has eased those fears as what they charged me was less than I was anticipating AND they know the brand inside and out. I will hopefully not need them anytime soon, but when I do, Newmoyer will be my only stop. Thank you!"
