"First we were welcomed by the nicest guy in the world!! I didn’t get his name but we love him! Sat down and our waitress was Courtney she was so beyond amazing friendly sweet we got our app which was the spinach dip listen I could eat a whole batch of it it was so good along with those pita chips!! We got our food (6 meals) and let me tell you I was beyond impressed !!! Big portions flavor was amazing only thing my husband said was the burger patties were a little small but didn’t care because the flavor was there was a little pricey but so worth it!!! We cannot wait to go again soon!!! Thank you to Carolina Ale House for making my bday a happy one!!! 5 stars from my family and going to highly recommend to many many people and can’t wait to bring our family in Tom out of state !! And Courtney deserves a raise because she goes above and beyond to give you a very pleasant dining experience!!!"
"Probably my first & last visit today after church. Ordered pulled pork BBQ sandwich with beans, coleslaw and sauce as advertised. Waitress was training a new person. Meal arrives minus the slaw; inquired and told no it comes that way since Mgr made it. Asked her to check on it; new answer is they ran out of dishes for slaw but looking for something to put it in. Then asked for BBQ sauce since meat is very dry and way too salty. Beans were sad too, very greasy and lukewarm. Hope I'm not going to get ill. Oh and the music blares for the staff. Everyone there needs new oversight and training - maybe close on Sundays."
"My husband and I were here for a Hail and Farwell dinner. We were sat outside 95 degrees with minimal air flow. That was until our waitress graciously brought us her box fans. It did help and the gesture was much appreciated. We were offered a limited menu and wasn't sure if that was because of the party size. Nonetheless my husband ordered 1/2 slab of ribs, slaw and fries. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. For the appetizer we ordered cheese curds. May I say that the food was really good. We are very interested in coming back to try other things on the menu. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She checked on us the perfect amount of times. Other than the temperature of the patio area we had a great experience and would recommend. The pictures don't give it justice, you need to try it yourself."
"Came for lunch, not to busy and was seated immediately. They have a great beer/draft selection. Was served quickly and the waitress was great. We ordered chicken tenders they were crispy, but had no seasoning or taste. The Varsity burger was delicious as well as the fries.."
"Host was weird upon entry but our waiter was on point.. kind rushing as he was taking our order, zooming past to do other things but he got everything right and was nice. We went randomly on Easter Sunday so the rush was kind of not a problem but yeah. The food was good. The fries & donuts were sooo good. The bathrooom was clean. I'd recommend and will be back... to try the ribs because they looked good."
