"Great selection of wood! Josh was super helpful and showed me some nice pieces of wood for a mantle. They cut and polished it up. So happy with how it came out! Highly recommend!"
"BEWARE OF USING COPE AND STICK FOR YOUR PROJECT! THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE YOUR JOB ON TIME , IF EVER, AND WILL LIE TO YOU ALONG THE WAY. I went there asking them to make a simple Oak bar top and matching shelves over 2 months ago. They gave me a price and said it would be ready in 2 weeks. They required payment in full. After three weeks went by, I called and asked how the progress was going. I was told that they were having issues with their machinery. They said it would be done at the end of the week. I followed up a week later and they said they didn’t like the wood and had to use a different piece and it would be another few days. I called a week later and was told that the shelves were done but they just just started working on the bar top. I called a week later and they came up with another excuse and asked if I really needed it now?? I said yes! They said it would be done by the end of the week, and that they would call. No call. I called yesterday to inquire again, and they said it was ready to be picked up. I drove over an hr away to pick it up today. I arrived and they took me to look at it. The shelves were not completed and looked nothing like we had agreed on. I then asked about the bar top. They hadn’t even started it! They had no excuse. This was now 2 months. They just said” This sometimes happens in manufacturing. “ They did agree to refund my money with a lackluster “Sorry about that. “ This business is poorly run , unprofessional, and incompetent. They lied throughout the process and never completed the job. I would highly recommend you google someone more reputable and reliable."
"Me and my husband researched places to check out for our custom lift top table project and Cope and Stick had good reviews. We went there to look around and hopefully speak to someone about our project, but the designer Billy was not there that day. They said they believed he would be in the next Monday (we went on a Saturday). So, we called that Monday around one and they said he was at lunch or left for the day? Two different things. We said OK, we will call tomorrow. So, we call the next day and my husband speaks to the owner who isn't sure.where Billy is. OK. We call the next day and end up leaving a message with a gentleman named Nikolas and asked him to have Billy call us. Crickets. No call back. We understand he was busy doing other projects, but not getting a call back showed lack of interest and care in what we are doing . Were we not spending enough money on our project for you ?We should have at least gotten a call back. We ended up going on Angi and finding someone very quickly who WANTS to help people out. Very rude. But the owners were nice, it is Billy that is rude."
"If you're looking for fine/ aged wood, barn doors, wooden columns, and furniture look no further! They have lots of aged and weathered barn wood. They have an excellent selection overall. The facility is clean, and staffed by knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly folks. Yes, it costs more than new lumber sold at home depot and it's well worth it! They even helped me load the wood I bought: As a carpenter, It was a pleasure to find such quality wood at a good price. I ended up buying around 150 square feet of some absolutely incredible Rainbow Poplar. It was aged and weathered perfectly, and all very straight boards- all rough sawn cut. Perfect for my accent wall project! The end result is better than I hoped! Awesome place!"
"Unique place. Rough natural worn wood for your remodel projects. Heads up, they are moving locations to plaza midwood soon 11/11/19"
