"Wish all facilities were like this place. Just wanted to thank the shipping department. I got a call about 10 minutes before my pickup that my mother was being enrolled in hospice and family should try to get there. I mentioned it when I checked in. They consoled me and got me right to a dock didn’t even think I bumped into it and they dropped the dock plate and was loaded in a matter of what seemed like minutes and the loader was giving me paperwork, apologized for what my mother was going through (being told from shipping desk) and getting me on the road. I can’t say how much I appreciate your professional and understanding staff. I made the delivery and home safely and in time to be able to spend some with her. You guys are awesome."
"Can’t beat the system! This place thinks Pay means they value their employees, overworked employees, a lot of which are toxic. If you know someone that’s worked there a long time you’ll do better than if you don’t. As long as those profit margins are right."
"My apt was at 1300. I checked in at 0800. Friendly guy at shipping is very helpful. (Thank you) No taking time to start loading. Finished as they started. No overnight parking. But near by pilot and one another truck stop. They Don’t have much space though"
"Great place to load (flatbed) and they are mostly preloaded trailers. If your load is not ready they may have you drop yours for loading. Overall friendly people and fairly easy in and out. Can park there overnight if you are out of hours."
