"If you’re deliberating windows or anything Drive van, you pull into the first entrance if driving west to facility. The sign says go to the next entrance for deliveries, but they have blocked off thr ability to drive around the building. Docks for van are on the east side while flatbed is on the west side. Again if you are traveling west to facility, turn right into the first entrance for dryvan(ignore sign that says delivery at next entrance). If your traveling east to building, you will turn left at the 2nd entrance, not the flatbed entrance with the guard gate."
"The gentleman man in the lumber yard name Gene is AMAZING!! That man needs a pay raise. Every time I’m there he’s always taking care of me no matter what he’s doing and if he’s busy he goes above and beyond his job. Cam is another awesome dude. He gets me what I need when I ordered to him and he gets it fast. If I was anyone of you I would go there and ask for them guys."
"Very helpful and friendly employees. I purchased a large amount of primed quarter round and was loaded and done in no time at less than half the price I was quoted from another store. Glad I choose to give them a call!"
"Employees were very nice and got our truck unloaded fast."
"First off .... Not great signage as to where regular folks go to get into building. You go inside and have to navigate through the building to find Cashier Counter. The woman at counter is very helpful. Must Know exactly what you want or it can be very confusing as a regular consumer / homeowner. You will then be given an invoice and asked to walk back out to the parking lot and drive your vehicle into receiving Where fork lifts are whizzing by. After getting your wood you have to go back in and pay at counter. More wasted time. Then good luck trying to get someone to help you. They see you and scatter in all different directions. No one will approach you. No one. Then you have to stop someone and they will tell you that they are busy and look to pawn the work onto someone else. Finally, I got someone who was willing to help. This guy goes and gives me the crappiest wood he can find. I don’t like it , so he says to drive over to other area in this enormous warehouse and pick out what I like. No sir! You should simply bring me decent wood. It was bent, warped , burned and shaved badly. It’s not that difficult to pick out decent wood. I asked at the counter if they could just cut a few 16’ boards down to 8’ as I couldn’t fit it in my truck bed. She said no problem. I asked this guy if he could do it and he repeated it like he didn’t want to. Then he returns with the 16’ boards not cut. Guess what? He asks me if I’m sure I needed them cut down after after I said what’s this you’re trying to load? I said absolutely yes. That’s why I asked. He said he has to ask me as his Boss told him to. I was very aggravated at this point because I was there for a total of 2 hours. No exaggeration. I got so heated that I told him I’m not buying anything and will go to Home Depot. Now I see why everyone likes to go to the big box stores. Plus their PVC prices are extremely high. I mean ridiculously high. I will never shop here again. Way too much time involved."
