I ended up just leaving the store and going to Monroe hardware and paying a little bit more for good customer service."

"Dont waste your time here. We've given this location so many chances and every time the staff is incredibly rude. We have had better customer service at Walmart.... Today we went in looking for an item and the associate working couldn't be bothered to get off his phone and assist us. He just pointed to the wall, asked if we had looked there (which we had), and walked away. We will never be back after this. Absolutely pitiful how poorly this location treats customers."
