"Headache from the start, VERY frustrated! I just moved into a home, so I am in need of blinds (to be measured and hung). I live in Monroe, so I thought it would be easier to use this store than the one in Indian Trail. I spoke with Sandra and Shade to set up my appointment. They told me the company would be out in the next few days to measure all the windows. I called to verify my appointment/time and I was told that my appointment was moved and Sandra didn’t know why no one called me, I took off work for this! Then the company comes out and we were told in the store that it would be $7 each blind for install, this was said by Sade. When I called Sandra to discuss my quote she was VERY rude and told me, it’s posted in the store and there’s nothing she can do. I went to purchase the blinds tonight and WASTED 45 min of my time for NOTHING!! Sandra did NOT have my order ready and she was already gone for the day and had no one to answer my questions. I was quoted for Allen and Roth blinds, but was then told by Jennifer that we cannot use those because of the measurements. I asked her if the manager would honor the install price for the Allen and Roth if we purchased a different brand of blinds and he said, “NO! I will not take a blood bath with that kind of discount for this customer!” BEN the manager did not realize I was standing where he was talking and I heard how rude and disrespectful he was. I told him that he needs to watch how he speaks ABOUT customers when he is on the sales floor. If my boss heard that a customer over heard how I spoke rudely about a customer, I WOULD BE FIRED! I asked him if he cared that I heard how he spoke and his response was , nope and then laughed. Ben is RUDE and disrespectful. I will never give a DIME to this company. Go ELSEWHERE!! I would like corporates information because BEN needs to be addressed. Edit to add: called the 1-800 number below and it was a waste of time! No help. The lady on the line said, management usually never calls anyone back. I want someone to call me immediately."

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me, offering valuable advice for my project. They even helped me find cost-effective alternatives. The checkout process was swift and hassle-free. I left the store feeling satisfied and well-supported for my DIY endeavors. "If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a brand new fridge The delivery guys brought it to my house and right away. He told me he couldn’t bring it in the house because the door, it was 32 inches in the fridge 36 inches wide. I told the driver to try to bring it in. He said there was nothing he could do to get it in without even trying and told me i needed to get a smaller refrigerator, I told him that I want that one because we got a small refrigerator anyways, I told him to leave it and I had a guy come to the house and help me try to bring it in within 15 minutes. He took off the doors of the fridge brought it in and got it installed for me the Lowe’s driver guy told me there was no way to do that and that was too complicated, I am very disappointed because I had to pay extra money for somebody else to help me out. Lowe’s. Needs to train these guys better and have better customer service upfront."
"I've been a regular at Lowe's Home Improvement and I'm always impressed by the range of products they offer. Whether you need simple nuts and bolts or something as big as a riding lawnmower, Lowe's has it all, neatly organized for easy shopping. Their extensive merchandise deserves applause. However, there's room for improvement. The $80 delivery fee, even on pricey items, feels a bit steep. Also, while the customer service is usually adequate (sometimes great, sometimes average), I believe a bit more attention and responsiveness could really elevate the shopping experience. Overall, Lowe's is a great place with just a couple of areas that, if improved, would make it exceptional."
