"Good deal on name brand tools. Went there for a specific Milwaukee ratchet and picked one up for a good price. I believe they are refurbished units come with a 30 day warranty. For what I use it for small jobs it will be perfect. They have a lot of different options. Will be going back for sure"

"This place is a hidden treasure. I did not get the person's name that said he was managing the store but he is an absolute perfect person for this. Very friendly very knowledgeable absolutely awesome. They have what appears to be new inbox new out of box and used out of box products from Milwaukee Makita rigid Ryobi and DeWalt just to name a few of the big brands they also have a ton of hand tools drill bits drivers etc from various manufacturers all at better than retail pricing even if it's new."

"To start I want to say this place has great customer service and the team there is very helpful. With that said, I think their pricing is a bit over the top for items that are either used or unsold. I paid 90% cost of new for a used item that lasted a very short amount of time. Unfortunately I was outside of the 30 day warranty, which honestly is not long enough for something I literally paid the price of new for. Its almost a scam in that 30 days is not very long for the life of a "like new" tool... I was directed to Dewalt and now have to wait 2-3 months for this item to be repaired. This was after I had to spend over 2 hours of personal time getting this sorted.. They would not offer a replacement, because the item was produced in 2022.. Because of this, I was forced to buy a new unit online because I need the tool to complete a home project... Case and point, I got very little use out of this item and I feel they did not properly test it. I used it minimally and I feel I got hosed here. Probably wont return knowing the quality of their stock isn't very well regulated."
