"Needed 5 planks of flooring replaced on an engineered hardwood floor. This is no easy task. The technician they sent out (Daniel) was the most professional, down to earth and humble guy. He had to cut out the damaged planks. He took his time and was very meticulous to make sure they were removed without damaging the floor around them. The results were phenomenal! Will use these guys every time!!!"

"If you want the best of service this is the store you need. The staff always greets you with a smile and helps you in anyway they can and answer all your questions. There crew that does the installation are top notch and do a very good clean up when done. I have used them twice and have been extremely satisfied from start to finish. They installed laminate flooring in my home about a year ago. Then on 1/2/24 my washing machine malfunctioned and water ruined a great deal of my beautiful floor. I gave them a call and they told me who to contact and helped. Today they installed new laminate that had been destroyed by the water. Looking at my new flooring I can’t see any sign of the floor where they had installed new flooring. The color and pattern matched perfect.
