"Been a customer for 10 years. I'm a contractor. They have been bought out and no longer care about small companies. Go online and not to there shop fencing site as it is more than lowes and lesser quality. Or go down the road to Carolina fence. Better customer service and prices. They are a joke. I will never buy from them again. The photo I added is of their pickets which is a mixed bag and they discolor. Aluminum fence the posts do not line up most of the time. I even canceled my current orders and they can't even respond to that. I told them to keep my money and the gate I ordered weeks ago."

"Never used this company but they need to watch their drivers. Came in contact with one on Hwy 17 in Brunswick County NC near Supply NC. Speeding and changing lanes without signaling. Hauling a trailer with a small bobcat. Very dangerous driver! Didn't look like he had working lights on the trailer. Definitely exceeding the speed limit."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered over $7,000 worth of fencing and right off the bat my order showed up with the wrong fence. They made this right and sent me the correct fence, though it took a while. Unfortunately I ordered the fence late last year and didn't start it due to seasonal weather not being ideal in WV. I attempted to inventory it as best as possible, as it was still on pallets and heavily wrapped up. I don't have the room to unpack it if in not putting it up while doing so. I recently unpacked it fully and found that I had mistaken the man-gates (which looked larger due to how they were positioned) for a drive-gate. I ordered two 12ft drive gates (both made of 2x6ft sections) and only received one. I called to explain this to them and I accept that it's my fault that I waited this long to figure this out, but this does not change that I did not receive the gate (roughly a $750 cost). I offered solutions to prove that I was being honest; I have pictures and I also suggested that they could calculate what the pallet should have weighed if it included both gates, and then look at the old shipping information to see what the actual weight was. Instead she suggested that it said it shipped so it must have (meanwhile it said that the correct fence was shipped the first time and it clearly wasn't, so their accuracy isn't great at all). I will continue to pursue this until I receive my gate, including going to court if I have to. I opened a case with the BBB and hope to see this resolved ASAP!"
