"I had purchased large hanging baskets for a customer as a favor a couple years ago. Sale went well. Two years later the customer was having difficulty finding large liners, I told them I would take care of it. I called border concepts and was told the account I purchased under before was a temporary commercial account of some sort. They then told me told me they could not sell to me again and I would have to go through a retailer. They gave me a referral to a retailer in my area who indicated they didn't have liners that large and would not order them. I then called Border Concepts back and spoke to 4 different people all promising to figure it out and call me back. Even left voice mail messages. Not one person called me back to help. One actually told me he knew about the issue, and said he was too busy and would call me back, no call. Eight calls in total. Zero effort to try and help, if anything they went out of thier way to make sure I wasn't going to be helped. I can only imagine what they do with regular customers?. The service was so terrible it deserves this long winded rant."
