"This was a month or so ago now but I tried to go in to this store to use a gift certificate to buy shoes for work and I found a pair that fit really nicely. I went to buy them and the lady at the register didn’t know how to ring in the certificate so she called her manager and he would not help her. So I had to go to another store and bought shoes that I already need to replace. The other store told me accepting the certificate only took pressing 2 buttons. I will never come back to this store."
