"The regular staff is awesome. The store manager is terrible. Store was busy but she wanted to call out staff in front of customers . She even told the cashier while he was ringing me up that he should stop helping customers to pick up a item knowing well that she could have done it. Toxic management is the worse."
"If I can give this store a 0 I would. Today was the absolute worst experience I ever had at any dollar tree store. The store manager Ashley, I think her name was along with the manger next in line under her was extremely unprofessional by arguing at me on the sales floor in front of customer’s instead of remaining calm and trying to deescalate the situation. The store manger then tired to put me out of store because her employee came over and started adding to the argument. They both showed signs of poor customer service and discrimination. As a business owner in the Knightdale area myself, this is not a good representation of the Dollar Tree Franchise. Corporate office will be contacted and request to please retrain managers on customer service and how to deescalate issues and not be offensive or unprofessional. The mangers at this location management here should be fired"
