"If I could give a lower rating I would. We waited over 40mins to get help with paint. There was a guy there before we got there and he said he was already been waiting for 20mins. We kept asking for help and they just they couldn't find anyone or even a manager at that point. Finally someone came over and the assistant manager didn't really seem to care that we were waiting that long. Definitely will not be back."
"I ordered something on Black Friday from this store for pickup the next week. I received a message saying there was a slight delay. After two weeks I started looking into it and calling the store. I called several times and left my information and never heard back. I called customer service nationally and was told the item was at the store waiting to be sorted. I then called the store several more times and was told “we will look for it” and then hung up on. When I finally called back I was told the item could not be found and they had no idea where it was and they were cancelling my order and again, hung up. I called customer service because I purchased the items specifically for its sale price and was told I would have to deal with the store directly. Once again, I have not been contacted and was forced to purchase the item at full price. I will never take my business to this store again."
"My wife and I purchased a refrigerator on 11/29 and was told that it would be delivered today 12/2. We were told that someone would call us on 12/1 to let us know the time frame of the delivery. We received a call yesterday saying to expect the delivery between 1230 and 1630. Around noon today, we were told that the delivery was running behind 3hrs. My wife has been tracking the delivery all day. Around 2100 she said the tracker was no longer available. At 2200 we still have not gotten our refrigerator. She called a customer service representative just to find out that a note said that it was too late to deliver and the refrigerator was taken back to the warehouse. No one called us to let us know anything. The representative went on to say that the next available date to deliver will be Monday between 0800 and 2000. I told the representative that delivery should be happening first thing tomorrow morning. The same thing that happened today could happen Monday and plus we work during the week. That was the whole point of having it delivered today. I feel like our money and our time has been stolen. This was clearly an example of poor service and poor communication. I will be at Lowes in the morning when the store opens. I will be asking for my refrigerator to be delivered tomorrow or I will be asking for the $1272.78 that was taken from us."
"UPDATE 12.1.23. **I had made an appointment for a gutter consultation (after I signed up at the store) that I had to move to another day and time. Not only did I NOT get a confirmation text, email, or call. What I got was a CANCELLATION email with no explanation to why. When texting the person who wanted to confirm the 1st appointment, I did not even get a response there. Now I will take my business somewhere else, super disappointed and taking my 4star to a 2-star review. I know holiday times are busy, and things can come up. But reach out in person and try to make an effort to reschedule. I am usually easygoing with these kinds of things, but today, I had planned my whole day around this appointment. Very disappointing.** Love getting always what I need, sadly the wait for someone to come and help is too long and sometimes no one shows and you have to go looking walking through the whole store to find someone to help."
