"Came on to get balloons filled on my daughter’s first birthday. Madison and Jackson were very kind and quick. It was a cold, rainy and windy day and Jackson saw the “1” balloon flying off and me chasing it in the lot. When o came in, ready to pay for another, Jackson said he must have tied it poorly and was already filling another one. I was never going to blame him or ask for a freebie, but he hooked it up, without hesitation. Love the service, love the people. I am very grateful for moments like this."

"Tulle, the manager in charge of the store was extremely patient with me at Halloween time, I bought a Wonder Woman costume and it was missing accessories, I went there and she changed it for me, the size was too big, she changed it for me, and I got a smaller size that was too tight, and yet, with all the patience in the world, she changed it for me! For more people like this with empathy, and understanding what is right for the customer. Thank you for making these exchanges for me. In the end, I got a costume for my daughter that was a size bigger for her to wear next year at Halloween, and I left there very satisfied with the service of the manager leader!"
