"We purchased bedroom Furniture for a little over $3k and they said it would be $400 for delivery. We rented a truck and trailer to pick up the furniture instead of paying delivery. It was in boxes and we got it home and unboxed it and put it together. It is not made well at all. Drawers do not slide properly or shut properly. Wood is rough in spots; so rough that you could get splinters. The store is not standing behind this quality or lack of quality The furniture in the store was well made and didn’t have any issues. What we got is not the same quality. They will not come To our home to see if they can repair it. We cannot rent a truck to get it to the Store and then back home. For the amount of money we paid, this should be better furniture. We will not be going to back to Badcock and alert others to beware."

"From the time I walked in the door I was greeted and made to feel like I was top priority……. They were very busy, so that is saying a lot!!! The manager himself helped me and made it his mission to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Kat…..I can’t say enough about her! She’s knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and makes sure you are taken care of. Even the guys in the back were friendly and helpful! Quite possibly the best experience ever at a furniture store!"

"Very disappointed. I ordered a kitchen table that was on back order and paid a deposit. For weeks I proactively called to check on the back order status. I was always told they didn’t know when the table would come in. I suddenly get a call on Friday, 9/11 from Babcock telling me they were going to deliver the table to my house on Saturday, 9/12 between 5PM-6PM. I never was notified the table came in and was no longer on back order. When they called, it seemed as though they already scheduled the table to be dropped off to my house without sufficient notice. Terrible communication! But wait...there’s more. I was on my way home on Saturday so I could be there when the table gets dropped off(between 5PM-6PM) I call a relative who was at my house and was told they already dropped the table off around 3PM. Seriously???! Not only did they drop it off early, they left it in boxes and didn’t ASSEMBLE THE TABLE. The delivery people said they couldn’t assemble the table due to COVID19. Sooo..they could deliver and bring the boxes into my home during COVID19 pandemic, but couldn’t take out of boxes and assemble because of COVID19. Babcock, if I wanted to assemble a kitchen table myself, I would’ve ordered one from Amazon. I should return the table at this point because it’s just sitting in my hallway boxed up. Suggestion: let your customers know AHEAD of time if you’re not gonna assemble so they can decide if they still want you to deliver. Y’all have to step up your communication! Terrible experience. And no one has apologized."
