"I give it one star because one of the employees only throws stuff like purses shoes etc. to her family members I know they were her family members because they told me they were family with the employee I was there today and she was putting stuff next to them and she only threw tthe stuff next to her family member (near there hands) they were like 4 persons in total ( her family )and she only put the nice stuff next to their hands!! And I don’t think that’s fair. I think the managers should do something about their employees"
"Can we please for the love of all that is holy get rid of the nasty cashier?? Every single time I come in the older grey haired white lady is rude, talking out loud and complaining about how much of a hell her job is. It's absolutely miserable to shop or deal with here. 2 thumbs down on this location with a cashier like that."
"Usually my trips to GCF are very pleasant however today was not. I was so irritated the lady I believe her name is Barbara (cashier). She often talks out loud. Today she was very rude. She was cleaning out dressing room and was upset because people throw things on the floor. An older lady wanted to try on some things and so she waited until the cashier was finish cleaning the dressing room out. The whole time she is talking about people (I can imagine how their house look like, their so nasty, etc.) When she was finish the lady asked where would you like me to put the clothes. The cashier with her angry disgruntle self said I don't care throw it on the floor. Really you big negative Nancy. Then she takes another person's hand basket and hides it on another aisle because she did not like where it was left at. If you don't like your job quit. It's that simple but no one should have to come in there and listen to your negative unhappy self. She was already moved from another location (Wake Forest) I wonder why. This time don't move her fire her, period! Calling to let manager know also."
"Great selection. Very good prices. I always find really good deals and high quality merchandise here! Today I got brand new books, a DVD, and a unique set of glasses with an African animal theme!"
"This Goodwill Store is a little hard to find unless you know where it is. Nevertheless it is always busy on the weekends and there isn't enough parking. They have lots of clothes but not enough dressing rooms. You have to be very careful to look at the clothes carefully for stains or imperfections. They have lots of books too, but they are disorganized. They don't have much furniture, but maybe it comes in and goes right out. I don't know. They have some home furnishings. The store only takes cash and check, no credit cards. I have donated here numerous times, but am probably not going to donate anymore after learning about the extremely large salaries that this Eastern NC organization pays their executives who happen to be family members too. It doesn't seem right for a non-profit organization. It seems to have lost the original focus."
