"I dropped my Mercedes truck off on 10/2/21 for an oil change and to have my cabin air filters changed. Nothing was wrong with my truck when I dropped it off. No lights were on. When I picked it up my coolant light immediately came on. I purchased a gallon of coolant and filled up the reservoir. It instantly leaked out and the light came on again. I drove slowly to Oreillys to purchase another gallon of coolant. They were going to perform a diagnostic test but immediately saw the issue. My hose was broken along with a valve which caused my coolant to pour out. My truck ran hot trying to get it home safely. I took it to the dealer and they found the immediate issue. A broken hose and some other piece missing. They also said there was no way the mechanic didn’t see the coolant spilling out at the rate that it was. I’m livid as I find out that he in fact did know that it was a major leak. The technician mentioned it to him and he blew it off!!! This is the Manager that I’m speaking of. The only Lead Manager at this site! Don’t take your chances. I was out of work for two days and spent $632 to repair my truck. Not to mention the $365 I spent at this place!!! Not pleased to say the least! Don’t take your vehicle here especially when the head Manager is onsite. He cares nothing about your vehicle or the domino effect it had because He was negligent!!!!!"
