"I’ve gotten my oil changed here 3x so far and a yearly car inspection. Every time things are quick and efficient, and the staff has always been kind. Coupons are easily found online and there is one on the bottom of most receipts, which is a plus in my book."

"I was due for an oil change so I decided to come back to Fast Lube Plus. Went to add Windshield wiper fluid the next day and noticed that it was leaking straight out onto the ground. Came back into Fast Lube Plus and the attendant (I didn’t get his name) basically told me there is a hole in my reservoir tank and technically they did add wiper fluid to the car. If you really added fluid then why not mention that there was a hole in. It was kinda shrugged off as not his problem because they don’t touch any of those parts. He later explained that service checklist where it says it was added, fills in automatically. I’m not saying that it’s not normal wear and tear of the vehicle but why not simple say something to the customer? If it were a bigger problem like needing brakes or any bigger mechanical issue I’m sure it would have been mentioned."

"Been a customer now for over 3 years and have always had nothing but the best service. On my recent visit, I originally went for an oil change and inspection. Didn't catch the name of the employee sadly but they advised my oil looked good and that I shouldn't need an oil change for at least 2000 miles.
