Spiffy

"I posted a review earlier but could not locate it so I am posting this second one. Brendan showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He made my 13 year old car look like new! His attention to detail was amazing. I could not find even a speck of dust inside or out. Thank you, Brendan!"

"Great service if you do it their way, if you have tires you ordered yourself, you have to jump through hoops to get them out to you. Basically you have to pay more for their tires, or just get your own and go to a tire shop. If it was easier I'd do it again."

"I used Spiffy for the first time while in Durham. Cam was the Tech. He was on time, courteous, and thorough. I’d specifically schedule w/Cam if I use Spiffy in Durham."

"Avoid at all cost, abysmal business practices and customer service. I signed up for a Spiffy wash at my office today, this was my 4 or 5th attempt to schedule an apt, they usually respond that the ‘requested appointment is not available’ which is already annoying- how hard is it to have an accurate scheduling system for online bookings?? My technician arrived over an hour late. I then get a phone call 90 minutes after my appointment time asking if I could “move my car onto the wash mat” because the technician could not drive a manual transmission. I didn’t get the call because I was in a meeting. When I finally get outside the technician needs to go to another job, the only thing that has been done was a vac and quick wipe down. At this point, I’m a little annoyed but not frustrated… then the technician tells me that he tried to move the truck despite not knowing how to drive a manual.. Later I review my dash cam footage, sure enough- the technician tried to move my truck but only after he called his supervisor who told him to move the truck anyway. While the technician was learning how to drive stick on my car, he managed to stall the engine four times and BACKED INTO A SIGN TWICE. They offered me $15 off my next was for the inconvenience. Absolutely ridiculous and insulting to think I’d use their service again."

"My car looks great and I didn't have to leave the house or be out in the cold. Took a while though. And the cleaner left halfway through the process and left my car unlocked. He did text me though. I assume some sort of emergency. Otherwise great experience."
