"I normally come to this location and it takes me about 15 minutes to spend $100-$150, I have done that about 3 times. I’ll gladly share the receipts. We came in the store about 15 minutes before closing. We found a few items to purchase, that would have taken two minutes to try on, but the dressing room door was locked. I asked the lady if there was a place for me to allow my daughter to try on the clothes. She said no and that it was company policy to lock the dressing room door at 530, even though they close at 6. We put the clothes down and exited the building. Noone wants to buy clothes to take home and try on, to then bring them back, when they don't fit. The lady was rude by not being more accommodating to someone that clearly didn't mind letting their child change someplace other than a dressing room. She could have pointed us to an empty corner and we would have been fine with that. I will never spend another dime at this location."

"First of all I want to say that this is a wonderful family-owned business, and they are very helpful, polite and accommodating. But I got to witness first hand today some of the things that they put up with. While an employee was trying to explain to a woman that the buying hours were over for the day and they were swamped, the woman got nasty and complained that she had come last week and had wasted her time (all of their directions are on their website, social media, phone, and a board outside so really no excuse to why you can't understand). And the employee tried to explain that her mother had a stroke so they were short staffed and with the holiday they will be closed. And told her when they going to purchase items again. And that was not good enough for this customer and she said some rude things that were uncalled for, and was just down right mean. I feel for these employees and business owners having to navigate this new world full of meanness and lack of understanding."

"Great store for finding cute, gently used baby and toddler clothes (I've never looked for bigger sizes and can't speak to children's). They also carry baby carriers. We've also found some toys that were practically brand new. I love browsing and the staff are very nice and helpful. They"

"I have been shopping with these ladies for years, and have always been able to find things I was looking for. They even have a wish list and will call me if the item I am looking for comes in or they have gone to their off site storage to pull additional items for me. While I understand they are not Walmart or Target and do not have 100% control what comes in, they have always gone above and beyond to help me. If you are looking for clean/quality clothing, and a store that makes you feel like part of the family, this is the only store for you."

They have sales on their tagged items for 50% on a regular basis, making Children's Orchard a great destination for frugal parents. I'd strongly suggest coming here if you need a few more pieces in your kids' wardrobe without breaking the bank."
