"This place basically have a no return policy. Only exchange before 7 day if the item is not used. In the era of Amazon an online business that have an amazing return policy this shop will fail in the long run. I'm just here to warn people that are shopping for the holiday to stay clear away from this place if you are not 100% sure you want to keep the items or is buying for someone else but not sure that they will like it."
"I purchased some jeans from Velocity in concord mills mall and was not informed by the clerk that they didn’t accept returns even if you never wore the clothes. They will also not accept exchanges or store credit on merchandise if you wore the clothes so I guess you can’t even try them on? Especially during the pandemic when you can’t even try on clothes in the store, it just seems a little ridiculous. I personally will not be shopping there ever again."
"Went there Saturday to buy something for my daughter for her birthday. I saw an awesome jean jacket but I got a dirty look like I wasn’t supposed to be in that store because I didn’t fit the profile of the demographic of the clientele that shopped there. Do not shop there."
