"Horrible customer service, $65. My nails are crooked, uneven, the woman did a terrible job with my paint, when I went back to have her correct the nails, a couple of hours after I originally had them done, I was laughed at, and spoken too in a demeaning way. I wouldn’t go back here If this was the last nail salon in the world, I’d rather have natural nails for the rest of my life than ever give this company money again, don’t go here don’t waste your money, they’re incredibly disrespectful and have poor craftsmanship. Buyer Beware"

"This place saved my nails! I went to ViVid Nails, he absolutely ruined my nails and 3 of them broke off. I have only had them for maybe 2 weeks.Top nails charged me for a fill in and 5 bucks for my broke ones, great place and the staff was nice and offered drinks! "I came back for a nail correction, I did not ask for any discount I was fully going to pay for a new full set and a new pedicure and I tip generously, it’s been less than one week and my polish chipped of within days. I respect the time the techs put in and I understand sometimes mistakes happen but the complete Horrendous customer service has turned me away from this establishment for good. The staff Wouldn’t even let me soak my feet in water while I waited being that there was multiple empty chairs. Service workers We’re extremely rude and unprofessional, took a nasty tone and dismissed me. Stay away from this place, they do not value quality work nor customer service. I left feeling extremely uncomfortably the way I was treated when I entered and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable mistreated."
