"I walked in at 9:00 am to be greeted with a frown and ‘sit here please ‘ , no response to my good morning. I then proceeded to explain what I wanted , (My hair was shoulder length )I explained even with pics I wanted a shorter soft layered angled cut , meaning half way down my neck ending just above the clavicle, it’s upsetting when ego maniac hair stylists don’t even listen to their customers, they just ignore your request and do exactly what they want! I now have a short pixie cut and looks nothing like I wanted , much , much shorter than I asked for , one length and just below the ear lobe. I will never return ."
