"Leanne was great! She cut my hair exactly how I asked. Will definitely return to see her again."
"I'm new to Franklin and was in serious need of a hair cut. The stylist they gave me was very nice but new to her job. Both other ladies were watching over her, but she just trimmed my hair instead of the style I showed her in two pictures. She primarily worked in the back and didn't trim the sides at all. She didn't send me away with a bad hair cut, but I felt like I still needed one."
"I am new to town. Had my first haircut at a different establishment but was underwhelmed. Today I found my haircut home! Leanne gave me the best ever wash, cut & blow dry. She was very friendly & professional. The price was exceptionally good. Shop was clean & easy to find. Thanks"
"I love this salon! Leann always does my hair and does a great job. She fixed it after a horrific experience at a different salon. I will never go anywhere else! Very professional and a great atmosphere :) I would highly recommend if you’re local or from out of town. I’ve always had great experiences coming here."
"One image is what I showed the stylist when I walked in. My hair was nice healthy, brown with a touch of gray, grown down to a few inches past my shoulders. I asked if the color was something she could realistically do with my hair. She said yes. The other image shows what she did with my hair. I refused to pay for it, and the owner/manager seemed really annoyed about that. She didn't even apologize. She offered to fix it, but I was afraid of what might happen next, so I declined and left in tears. I had to get quite a bit of hair cut off, because it was so badly damaged I could literally grab a hunk of it and tear it in half. This was back in February. It's now August, and I am still waiting for this orange and dry-fried-gray mess to grow out. It will take me 3 years to get my hair back to the way it was. I wasn't going to write a review, because small businesses are having such a tough time right now. But I can't stop thinking about how many other unsuspecting people might have their hair ruined. If you want your hair colored, look at these images and ask yourself whether this is really the place you want to go."
