"My family and I went Father’s Day shopping in the Polo big and tall store in Concord Mills and had the worse experienced we’ve had at this mall in the past 20 years. As my family and I shopped around 7pm, the larger African American polo employee, wearing the white and black striped shirt racially profiled and watched over us the whole time in the store. I never got the employees name but i wish that i did. There was no “welcome” or any offered help from the time we walked into the store, until we left. The employee watched and followed my family around the entire time in the store, making us feel very uncomfortable when we shouldn’t. The employee continually harassed and followed us around the store until we left. It was so bad that my family had to say something to the individual on why he was visually harassing us. And the employee had no answer and stated that he was “listening to help us find a shirt”, but not once offered any assistance. I wish high profile stores such as Polo would hire qualified individuals that will do their job the right way, and I pray that no other shopper has to experience what my family and I went through. Truly disappointed."
