"Best service and prices!! Staff here are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They definitely deserve the title of Express. So my daughter got a flat(blow-out) out on freeway area of Independence in heavy morning traffic. Her phone and location were off. She used a passersby phone to call me for help. I went in and explained the situation and a service tech saw I was in need, then volunteered to drive me to find her. He brought his own jack and tools, assessed the damage, explained what was needed, removed the tires, took them for repair and then replaced them both. I am truly grateful for the amazing service I received. I highly recommend them. She had a full blow out on front tire and a slow leak on the back. The cost came up to $59 for replacement of the front tire and a plug for the rear tire. (Recommend you pay in cash instead of card you save a few bucks on extra card processing fees). The specialized personal service the mechanic gave was extra, I tipped according to my gratefulness. Thank you Used Tire Express!!"

"This is my second time at this shop and It wont be my last. My first visit was smooth! My 2nd visit gave me goosebumps from the customer service Jason gave, plus the non shady sales tactics is just a damn breath of fresh air these days. They could have sold me 4 new tires but I left with a leak check and some air for free. Thanks fellas. Thanks for being different in a time when everyone is out for themselves."

"Came in on 9/26 to get 2 used front tires. Price was good over all and service was fast but upon leaving my car started making a humming noise from the front and steering wheel started shaking slightly. I called the same day to let them know that they may have gave me some bad tires. They told me to bring my receipt with me ( which I have ). I didn't get a chance to make it on time before they closed. I came in the next morning 9/27 to speak to the manager but he/she was not in. I ended going to Discount tire to get my tires checked out and turns out they did give me bad and uneven tires ( just the 2 front ones ). I ended just getting 4 new tires to prevent my car from damaging my wheel bearings due to the vibration from the bad tires. I paid $88 and I understand the No Refund policy but they ended up trying to charge for a " dismount fee " ( discount tire already dismounted the bad tires ). It's a shame the owner couldn't even be there to explain to me why they are putting bad tires on peoples cars. The thread rating for the left front tire was 2/34 and the right was 3/34 which discount tire told me was bad for a used tired. Definitely don't recommend buying tires here unless you have something to check them before you leave. The front desk guy was very helpful and professional. I was told the manager would be in at noon and turns out the front desk guy had to tell me what they were gonna go with. Bad business and definitely not a good look. It's better if you go just spend the extra money on a new tire @ Discount Tire for QUALITY tires."

"I have been to this establishment a couple of times over the years for used tires. Good price but went today to see if they could plug a tire because of a nail in it. They could when discount tire said they couldn't because of where the nail was located and of course tried selling me new tires."
