"If looking for a laptop computer that is truly easy to use and not too expensive, then I highly recommend you go to Office Max, Rivergate location on South Tryon Street at Steele Creek Road. The Lenovo is so user-friendly, previously owned by US company, IBM and currently owned by China, because that was the number one mission of, then, IBM, to make and sale a product that is easy to use by anyone, regardless of the level of expertise. China is continuing with the same mission as IBM. I have had my Lenovo laptop for about four months now and I love it. You will not regret this choice which is highly recommended for senior citizens because of its ease of operation. Have a blessed day!"

"Do yourself a favor and run to another Office Depot.. ordered an office desk online.. Unfortunately this was the only store that had it.. Came to pick it up.. they only gave me half the item. Didn’t notice it was a Box 1 of 2 deal.. call the store.. oh yeah.. we got that here for you.. No apology or acknowledgment of their mess up.. I drive there to find a lady at the counter waiting to be checked out. A heavy set guy at the printing section, who doesn’t even bother to call for help, say hello to us.. He made direct eye contact with me and acted like he didn’t see me.. be right with you.. nothing!! I walk up and ask if he can please call someone.. oh yeah, I can do that.. still no one.. then a gentleman comes towards the front to help his customer out… Then as he slowly makes his way to ring up the other guest.. he says.. we are the only 2 people here.. funny another associate walked up while I was waiting.. Instead of trying to get a date while on the clock. Pay attention to your customers and ring them up. This store is in desperate need of better management."

"Store manager Eric extremely rude and lacked customer service when I called about the status of my print order. I’ve visited other Office Depot locations and have had good service from staff. Eric seemed to know a lot about the issue with the print order and the number of orders needing completion prior to closing, but when I asked why the store didn’t call me to tell me the issue with my order, his response was “I don’t know what the copy & print area has going on, I just answer the phones”. A manager doesn’t “just answer the phones”. A good manager also doesn’t separate himself from the rest of his team members to make it seem like they’re the problem that he has nothing to do with."
