"Ms.Linda that works in the deli department is the best worker there is. I always receive excellent service whenever she is working. She goes above and beyond to help customers. When she is not there I literally have to go hunt down an employee to get some service. I wish more employees were alot like Linda"

"The manager that is on duty at night has a real attitude problem and probably needs to find a different job. He is rude and condescending. Little chubby dark haired guy with glasses. Has a nasty attitude with me every single time I go in there. I'm always there in the hour before they close but I'm out of there before midnight. Was unaware of the wine selling laws in this state and you would have thought I had grown horns out of my head the way he looked at me when I had a few bottles of wine in my cart. I asked if I needed to take them back and before I could explain that I couldn't because of a disability, he cut me off and said "yes you need to take those back" in which I replied "No .. you will need to as I am struggling to walk right now" He then snatched them out of my cart and stormed away. The man needs a vacation or something because he is NOT happy with his job. He's like that every single time I go. I have started going out of my way to go to the other location in Alcoa. I'll go there once more and will get in contact with corporate if it happens again. Karen or not... That man is hateful and rude and needs to get a different job that doesn't involve any sort of contact with anyone!"

"Nothing at this store is buy one get one free. They just cut the price and charge you for the free one. Which creates another item taxed. Be careful. Tried talking to the manager and got told I can’t comprehend their system it’s always been like that. This is my 3rd time here. The 2nd time I found bread that had mold nature owls butter bread. My 1st time I went to grab a 12 pack of drink and the box was wet and ripped and drinks went everywhere. I’ve never had a good experience here and will never be back."
