"Our car broke down while on vacation in Gatlinburg two nights before the 4th of July. Parkway traffic in all of the area towns was bumper to bumper. I called several mobile mechanics Google said were closer to me first thing the next morning, but none responded to our cry for help. Jason was the only area mechanic (45 minutes away as well) who not only was willing to come and help us, knowing how crazy packed the roads were, but he was the only one who didn’t make us feel foolish for not being able to make the repair ourselves. My husband and I are well enough to get around a bit, but neither of us are physically able to get beneath our vehicle to fix the issue due to recent surgeries. If I could give Jason Patterson and his business one hundred stars, I would. I highly recommend and we are eternally grateful for your kindness!!"
