The service was pretty decent because it was a walk-in for me with no appointment. it took about 1 hour 30 mins for them to complete my alignment. But when I left, I noticed my steering wheel wasn't really aligned straight when I was driving down on a straight path. I had to come back, and they fixed it. I have been a loyal customer at the location for the past ten years, but my recent experience has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The level of customer service I received was shockingly bad, and both the employee and the manager displayed unprofessional behavior. Upon expressing my concerns and dissatisfaction, instead of addressing the issue, the employee and manager were dismissive and downright rude. Their response was beyond unacceptable - they literally told me to take my service somewhere else. It's disheartening to see such a lack of respect and professionalism, especially from a place I considered a go-to for a decade. This incident has left me questioning the integrity of the business and the value they place on customer loyalty. I cannot fathom why anyone would want to continue supporting a business that treats its longtime patrons with such disdain. I will not be returning to location, and I strongly caution others against subjecting themselves to the same disrespectful treatment. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and understand the importance of providing quality service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more respectful and customer-centric establishment."

The fastest oil change I have ever had not to mention the need for services I did not know were necessary. No pressure / no over selling and offered a clear explanation of why the service was needed.
