That lady receptionist Ashley, when you ask tough logical question which she can't answer she will simply say I am just a receptionist well then why the hell you are picking up calls for the answers you don't have. Why don't you educate yourself how to direct your call for a patient who is asking logical questions. Simply disgusting!"
