"Dr. Ledford got me in for emergency treatment on Martin Luther King day for a tooth that broke in half on Sunday afternoon. I didn't have a dentist in Asheville and was anxious I wouldn't get seen. He was gentle, thorough, explained everything in detail, and knowing I didn't have insurance and would probably finish treatment (a crown and build up) at the ECU Dental School, emailed me the xray, pictures and office notes. He also sent me home with my impression. I sincerely wish I could afford to stay with him. That being said, he was less expensive than 4 other dentists I contacted. His office staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The office was very clean."
