"What I truly enjoy, is that after having an established patient miss one appointment....as life happens and we all know/understand this to be the case....the folks here at River Arts Dentistry say "I'm sorry, but we can no longer treat you today. Or ever again." Now SURELY, as it was only a few minutes (yes, minutes), one would believe they could reschedule? Here at River Arts Dentistry, if you miss an appointment you're just plain out of luck. I'm not quite sure of the reason as the receptionist couldn't give me an actual, viable explanation. All she could say was "Yes, that's correct. We can't treat your spouse ever again due to the missed appointment". In fact she could barely be bothered to speak with me or my spouse. I could understand if someone missed several appointments and couldn't reschedule or give a reason as to why they were doing so, but a single missed appointment, and an immediate "I'm sorry, I can be on my way and I'm right down the road or I can reschedule" receiving this particular attitude doesn't make much sense. My spouse is in pain (tooth pain, hence the appointment)and felt awful that he missed his appointment and tried to reschedule upon realizing he missed it. This, in my opinion, is terrible business. I understand that every business reserves the right to no longer serve clients, I simply feel that this isn't the way to go about it."

"Come here, you won't be disappointed. Just moved to the area and wasn't looking for a dentist, but had pain in my jaw and thought it best to see a dentist to rule out anything serious. I work in RAD and was looking for someone close by for a one time visit, but I like them so much that I'll be returning for all of my dentistry needs! Lynne got me settled in and when I shared with her what was going on with me, she related to me with a personal story of having gone through the same thing with her jaw! It was SO comforting. Then Dr. Tanner saw me - she has calm, compassionate energy. I felt really heard and taken care of. She advised me of what I could do to alleviate some of my pain and made sure all my needs were met. David checked me out and he too was lovely. I'll be back. Thank you!"

"I have had several dentists over the years due to moving around to different cities. Dr. Tanner's practice is fantastic and I'm so glad I found it! (I have had a much harder time finding great places in other areas, whether that's car mechanics, doctor's offices, hairdressers, etc. and have had to shop around much more.) Dr. Tanner's staff is great - I especially enjoy working with my dental hygienist. Dr. Tanner listens carefully to any questions, answers with care, and is just generally awesome. I would recommend this practice to anyone!"
