"I was referred here as a new patient. I made my initial appointment to get established. As we chatted on the phone they knew I had braces etc. So I take off work and show up for my appointment and they get me back to do x-rays, when whomever didn’t put in the notes that I had braces, so they couldn’t do what they needed to for initial visit. We then reschedule, my braces were off and I was ready to try again. So I took of work for the day set, to get a call same day, morning to ask if I could work with them and or come later. I told them that I could do so, so they switched me to Thursday instead of that Tuesday. So again, I moved clients so I could be there for my appointment. I stated that I had another appointment at 3pm that day that I had waited 6 months to get and they said that’s fine my appointment was at 2:15 and I should be out and able to go to my other appointment. So I call morning if to see what I needed to bring etc. then reiterated that I had another appointment at 3. So then they told me there was no way they would be able to do the appointment because it would be 1 1/2 long and they would not and could not make me another appointment because I had “missed” two. So therefore, I worked with their office when they couldn’t do their job and keep their appointments, but they weren’t willing to help when I needed to adjust. End of story, that’s the kind of office you’re dealing with here. Just thought I’d let you know before you book or decide to go here."
