Not a terrible experience but Dr Saunders and the entire team are far and away the best. They are gentle, honest, transparent, friendly, kind, hospitable, professional and organized. They had my best interest in mind and I knew they weren’t trying to sell me something that wasn’t necessary. I felt important and well taken care of. I am determined to find that here. "We were originally from Georgia and traveling to Virginia for Christmas. We decided to stop in Asheville to explore before heading there. My mom ended up cracking her tooth right before we left and was in excruciating pain. We needed to visit an emergency dentist and wasn't sure how it would go as it was 3 days before Christmas and we were out of state visitors. I googled emergency dentists and Saunders DDS came up. We called them at 4:55 pm right before they closed at 5 pm and explained our situation. She said they could take her in the next morning at 10 am. The tooth ended up having an infection and needed to be pulled. They took care of my mom and the staff was sooooo friendly and accommodating. We couldn't be more grateful to them for helping us out and taking us in so quickly."
