"Super fast, amazing service ! My tires were put in and moved around in less than 30 minutes. Brian and James at the front desk are very polite and helpful! 10/10 experience."
"The high customer service level keeps me coming back for service on both our vehicles. I highly recommend this team! A special shout out to Brian for his attentiveness and care!"
"The team at Delaney takes care of all our vehicles. We have been going to Delaney for two years and always see the same faces when we walk in the door. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and consistently go above, and beyond to ensure that our cars are always safe to drive and road ready. Their prices are fair and they never recommend unnecessary services."
"Had always been changing my boat trailer & car tires in this store in the past 3 years. Never expected this could happened on me, always consider the place run by veteran is reliable & responsible, but Delaney is not. Here is the story, a bit long….. Changed 2 new tires for boat trailer on Tuesday (8/8) and emphasized multiple times to Delaney (both to Brian and to the young man who worked on my trailer): pls make sure to screw the nuts tight enough. Towed my boat to marine shop on Thur (8/10), only 2 miles down the road. Found one of the wheel was off when we arrived, one of the two wheels that changed tires 2 days ago. 3 nuts were missing (must lost them on the road), and the rest 3 nuts on the ground. The aluminum rim was broken when nuts went off the lugs, and threads were worn out flat when nuts loosen. I suddenly realized that it’s Delaney’s problem. Similar issue happened end of last year, not long after Delaney changed our trailer tire and that exactly wheel went off when we towed boat to Southport Marine. We just didn’t link wheel went-off with Delaney changed the tire and thought it’s just an accident. But now we realized what’s the issue, Delaney didn’t tighten the nuts back good enough after changing tire! Went back to Delaney, Brian was nice and asked me to fix the issue at marine. Brian also said James, the manager, was not at store but he will speak to James and there’s no reason that they won’t pay for fixing my wheel. I brought the broken wheel back to Delaney same day and Brian told me again Delaney will pay for the bill to fix my wheel. To save costs for Delaney, I didn’t purchase the wheel from local dealer, which will cost $800-1,000. I bought the wheel online which only cost $350 but will take 3 days for shipping. I sacrificed 1 week of my family vacation without our boat for water sports & fishing. I also ran to different Auto Parts stores to get the new lugs and nuts, to save labor costs at marine shop. Wheel arrived Tuesday next week (8/15), and marine helped to have it installed. I brought the invoices over to Delaney on Thursday (8/17). James was there, he just asked me to scan all invoices (total $560) and he will cut me a check. I scanned all invoices Friday (8/18) evening when back home and emailed over. I heard nothing till Wed (8/23) so I called Delaney. James suddenly changed his position, said it’s not their fault, they installed the tire and it’s my rim failed which caused wheel went off, therefore, they won’t pay me. I can’t believe this happened. We went to Delaney on Thu (8/24), James still hold his position that Delaney changed tire properly and he won’t pay me. I asked him why not brought this up when I brought the wheel 2 weeks or Thu last week when I was here, instead he asked me to scan invoices and said he will pay me. James said because he didn’t do any investigation before and only looked at this case now. I think you all can see that James/Delaney knew exactly what happened and they just tried to renege their words. If you can see the pictures attached, it’s obvious that rim was broken because the nuts went off when we drove. Look at the whole case, it’s clearly Delaney’s improper operation when changing trailer tire that caused my wheels went off twice in a few months. Eventually, I didn’t get a penny compensated by Delaney when I walked out that day. I was luckily that my $200K boat didn’t fell on the road when wheel went off, I was luckily that the nuts flied out on the road didn’t hit/hurt anyone or any car. It can be very serious accident, and it’s all because Delaney didn’t perform their job properly. I’m very very disappointed that Delaney didn’t show their responsibility to customers! I would not recommend anyone go to this store again, think about what can happen if you wheel is off when you drive on high way……"
"I came to Delaney on my lunch break and a team member took the time to drop me off at work while they put 2 tires on my car. They didn’t have my size at their store because my car tires aren’t that common and they took the time to call another store and have my tires delivered that same day! I was more than pleased with their customer service, surprised even, they went above and beyond to take care of me and my tires were everything I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Delaney and I’ll be coming back for everything tire that I may need in the future!"
