"The young ladies at the 2 S-W stores were very helpful! When the samples I needed weren’t available at one store, she checked with another store near my home. That young lady promptly and politely made the samples (you would think green would be easier) and even offered to carry them to my car. (Don’t need that help yet, but probably in the future.)"
"I have bought several gallons of the Duration interior paint to repaint my entire house. I love the quality and coverage of this paint! The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend SW."
"Very nice store, kind staff, I really like it and enjoy coming here. They always get it right and are very quick. The store looks nice and clean, well organized. In a very good location. I'm glad there are many of these in town. They come in handy."
"Employee no knowledgeable of different paint types. Could not explain how to get my contractor price without signing up for credit. Did not have paint stir sticks for gallon not treated with respect? Will not go to this location again - will stick to Hanes Mall location"
"Rented a airless paint sprayer. I had a hard time getting it started due to a missing pin in the spray gun. I had to insert a drill bit to make it work. Also, the purge cycle did not work - which explains why the unit was still full of paint when I got it. I took extra measures to purge the unit of all the paint I used. I explained all this when I returned the unit. The employee didn't seem to think it was a big issue and didn't try to compensate for the hassle. I even left the drill bit in the gun in case the next renter had similar issues."
