"Needed another couple rolls of the larger shelf film from the back and the lady who was stocking shelves nearby checked their stock for me and then went back and bought it out ... had enough to do all my kitchen in one go! She was so helpful and for an older lady who was not able to get around very quickly... she still offered to stop what she was doing and walk all the way to the warehouse part and find this for me!!"

"I travel all over the world, and am always sure stop at Walmart for any of my needs. I visited this Walmart in Winston Salem with my sister and we experienced a lack of customer service and professionalism from two employees. I was disappointed with their lack of care for a mistake that was in Walmart's hands, and I was simply trying to get the price that I had seen on the shelf. I was hurried and treated as though I was wrong for wanting to double-check and reassure them that I wasn't making up the price I had seen. The woman tried to sing over me as I tried to explain to her the issue. Unfortunately, the two women I spoke to found it very odd that I wanted to hold the store accountable for the price shown on the shelf. Sadly from now on I have to take extra time to double check all of my purchases! Proof of pictures below."
