"In mid April I got a perm. I am in a domestic violence shelter. I cannot hide in any part of area of the shelter. If at home I could have privacy. Not here. While waiting I received a phone call from my husband who had set the house on fire several days ago.Was I in crisis? Absolutely. A professional would have been calm. She over reacted to the point I was alarmed. The cut & perm was the worst perm I have receive in 45 years. I rely on previous perm results that was excellent for haircut & perm. One side was longer than the other. The thickness of each side was different. The crown of the hair did not blend the the hair causing a “bump “ results. The hair rollers for the crown should use a medium roller then a smaller etc. this allows the smaller curl to support the medium size roller. This prevents a “rooster tail” effect. This results in a better perm results. The hair was frizzy on the temple area. Even after this time even with conditioner used & trimming frizzy remains in this area.* Regina went ballistic when trying to pay with convenience check. Due to fraud in previous account there checks are valid. She called the bank to verify the account balance. She threatened to call the police if check was not valid causing a lot of stress. The bank confirmed the amount of $150. When I washed my hair my hair I could see the bad results. A professional would have remained calm. Another review offered the same experience. * photos."

"The week before my graduation, I needed to get my money pieces touched up on the roots and booked here. As you can see, she absolutely botched the coloring and didn’t even touch the roots. She also added random blonde pieces that weren’t even close to even. It’s honestly laughable how bad of a job she did. Luckily, I was able to get it fixed in a hair salon in Greensboro, but it still cost me $140 I shouldn’t have had to spend."
