"My hair came out looking good, but I can't afford to go back in a hurry. I ended up paying over $300, and I only have a little hair on top (the rest is buzzed). This is twice market rate a couple months ago when I had similar treatments on a full head of hair, and almost a hundred more than what they said the service would be when I made the appointment. Folks budget to be able to go to the Salon, but I wasn't expecting it to be this much since it's so much higher than typical price. Rates should be fair and posted."

"I first went in and was unhappy with how my hair turned out for the price. I made a review and the manager personally called me apologizing to me, asking if I was comfortable to come back in to make my hair more how I wanted it, and it would be on the house. I went back and we sat down and actually talked all the steps out on fixing my hair and she showed me the colors she would order. The girl who did my hair was amazing. This place is very professional and honestly very kind, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun color!
