"I thought I had to have my battery replaced because it had just died, and the man who helped me was awesome all around. He checked the voltage to make sure I actually needed a new battery, and then replaced it for me for free in no time. He even took the time to clean the corrosion off. He was so friendly, knowledgable, and capable that I'll choose this place again in the future. The other man working there was equally nice and knowledgable. I'm sure I saved money vs. going to the dealership."

"Girlfriend and I came in for some jumper cables, wandered around the store for a few minutes, plenty of people working but no one assisting customers. I found them eventually, went up to the counter and stood for a few seconds while people behind were chatting. Wasn’t greeted or anything, wasn’t asked if I found everything okay, just treated like I had somehow inconvenienced the two of them and interrupted their conversation. They continued talking as the girl checked me out, all she said to me was the total in between talking to the guy behind her. I said thank you as I was leaving, neither of them could be bothered to say anything back or make any eye contact. Will not be returning, taking my business to Advance Auto Parts instead."

"I was vacationing in Boone over the Holidays and our alternator went out in our Yukon. I had the whole family in the car and no tools but was able to limp it in to this AutoZone. They had the part I needed and even let me borrow the necessary tools. Was able to quickly knock out the repair in the parking lot and get back on the road. They took the time out of their day to sit down and help me solve the issue of what was going on. I have never had better customer service from any other car part store than I did with them.
