Keeping grip where a new X7 slid off the icy mountain road. Despite worsening weather conditions, making the return impossible. Toyota assured us of recovery once the roads clear. While the ongoing payment is a bit inconvenient, the safety-first approach and responsiveness demonstrate their commitment to customer well-being. Overall, a commendable experience, and I look forward to future rentals with confidence."
