Mobile Care Carolina Place Mall

"Based on my experience, this place is a rip off! I was in immediate need for a galaxy zflip 3 screen protector. The owner charges $30 for it with the reason that no one else would be able to put it on my phone correctly for me. NO THANKS. I'll sacrifice the wait and order two screen protectors for $8 from amazon and do it myself. If I could give no stars I would."

"I am giving 2 stars because of the manager I interacted with was very kind. However, be very careful on who he sends you to for a screen repair. I came in because of the great reviews and thought one of his technicians would be replacing my phone screens. However, he sent me to Cellaxs in the mall (kiosk) who I thought just worked for him, but he does not. That man completely ruined my 1 year old phone and Apple deemed it unrepairable after the awful job he did. I am sure the technicians at Mobile Care are better, but be very cautious and do not let him send you to the kiosk. I unfortunately learned this too late."

"Dropped my iPhone XS in water, screen crapped out. Went to Carolina Place for some glasses and walked by Mobile Care. The pricing is excellent, the customer service is excellent and the technical competence was great. They have a lot great deals. Bring cash if you can. Thank you!!"

"Don't waste your time going to a kiosk or another store. Mobile Care in Carolina Place Mall - Fabio! This guy is the real deal! He knows what he is doing! He is sharp. He does a great job and is personable. He replaced two screen protectors which were poorly installed by Cellaxs, a kiosk in the same mall. I didn't know about Mobile Care when I stopped by the conveniently-located kiosk. After having so much trouble I was determined to find a more professional store to handle one of the most expensive pieces of equipment I personally own. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend!"
