"New to area and was in shopping manager and other employees were talking bad about a customer that had tried to purchase something but they wouldn’t sell to her because it was marked to low. I declined to purchase anything and told manager before I left that if she was going to talk about the customers at least wait till the store was empty. I told her I wasn’t buying if that was what they did, she told me she didn’t care that people just come in and buy and resale. Never witnessed such a rude manager, will never go back there."

"Staff was complaining the whole time in store about how much they dislike out of town guests and do not want them . An older female employee has kept taking about how they need to charge as high as prices as possible out of dislike for others. Prices are very high - example VHS tapes start at $5.00 each. Clothing items have red sharpies marked over tags on the clothing damaging the clothes. It is disappointing a heath care organization allows this - it is very clear the community is not the focus and made it very clear who not to trust should I need medical care."
