"I gave it two stars because the people are nice with the exception of the older lady who takes donations in the back. She’s ungrateful and comes off rude. As if you’re trying to sell her something. We donated a high-end couch and loveseat no holes no smoking no pets, no stains. Couple marks at the very bottom by the legs otherwise wonderful. She acted like she didn’t want it at first and then said “go ahead and take it out of their van.” OK next time I’ll go to KARM. It’s worth driving the extra mile to be treated with decency. That’s no representation of Tennessee I can tell you. Also, I tried to go in there to buy some shoes and an end table and the prices were so high I walked out with nothing. I’ve shopped at thrift stores, my whole life. This is not a thrift store."
"It's not a thrift store. I didn't think it was possible, but it's more expensive than KARM! Prices are out of reach for the kind of people that would be looking. If you had that kind of money this is the last place you would go. Literally more expensive than neighboring Gabe's or Big Lots."
"Very high prices for a thrift store. Looked at shoes, used, $50+. Some $65. Your better off going to Ross that's New and cheaper. I walked in and walked out with nothing."
"First off, this thrift store is in a very popular tourist area. I went in there with 7 of my beautiful biracial children during our vacation at the end of November/first week of December. I asked an employee if we could use the bathroom. He told me that there's no public restroom and something about not having enough staff to clean the restrooms. He was extremely rude and seemed to be insinuating that my many children would trash the restrooms, which they wouldn't. Secondly, this store is in a tourist area! Many customers come into town to shop and some will have to use the bathroom! You can't tell a CHILD that they cannot use the bathroom! So, after my children and I went to McDonald's to use the restroom, I still wanted to check out the clothes here. Well, y'all can keep your overpriced merchandise and rude employees! I will not ever go back the next time we visit. Rude, ignorant, racist, unChrist like employees!"
"We were disappointed here. Such high prices for a thrift store. The furniture is way over priced. Lots of clothing but very disorganized. I had to walk the store just to find the mens pants. How do you help the community if no one can afford anything"
